Pumpkin Patch

We love this time of year and one of our favorite things is going to the Rasmussen Pumpkin Patch. We had so much FUN playing in the Pumpkin's. Carston was trying to pick-up BIG Pumpkins, and loved pulling the wagons and playing with Abby and Baya.

Dinosaur Park

We had the funnest day at the Dinosaur Park in Ogden with Karri and the boys. When Carston woke up this morning i told him we were going to see Shep and Marsh... well he was running up the stairs all ready to go in his P.J's and all. The whole long drive up there he was saying Shep, Marsh, Dino, Roar. We meet Karri and he got in her car and said Bye Bye Mom! I think he was actually sad that I was coming too. Janelle and cute little Davis also meet us there. We had such a fun day seeing the Dino's, and playing with all the boys. Thanks girls and boys for the fun day of fun.

Crazy Circus..

We had such a wild time at the Circus. Thanks G-pa Lenny for the tickets. We took cousing Emma with us. I think Carston had a hard time deciding who to watch.. Emma or the Circus. The circus is Crazy. Lions, Elephants and dogs were are favorite this year. I love to watch the kids and how excited they get.

4x's the Trouble...

I got to have all my little nephews over the other night for a boy party ! We had so much fun. We played Dino's, Cars, Chase.. and had a Cake. These little boys are so cute together, and have so much fun playing together. Carston just adores all his Cousins and loves having them over to play. I loved having them over too. Who knew boys could be so FUN !

Silly..silly..silly Carston. He is cracking me up lately. My mom gave him these gloves while he was playing at her house. He became obsessed with them. He slept, ate, and did everything else in them. Then it moved onto glasses, hats, goats, and horses. This boy loves to dress up, and i think it is hilarious.

Swimming Fun !

We had such a fun summer at the pool. We loved being able to go swimming everyday. Carston started out the summer in a floaty, but soon (very soon) he was able to swim with just wings. He loved it ! He could jump in and swim all by himself by the end of the summer. Everytime he see's his wings.. he wants to go swimming. He has gotten really good swimming in the bathtub.

Who's underwear is on your head ???

Carston is obsesses with Hats, and anything passes for a hat in his mind... Thus the underwear on his head. We had Shep and Marshall over to play this week, and we were getting ready to go swimming, and shep had a bunch of clean underwear in his bag. Carston grabbed it and started to put it on his head. Did i mention Carston has a huge head(97%) and the underwear was squeezing his little eyes shut. So silly.
Shep decided to join in the fun. Monkey see, Monkey do. It is so fun to see these little boys interact and just have fun together.

Big Truck

Carston got to celebrate his B-day with Grandma and Grandpa Martin on his real Birthday. They were passing thru town and were able to stop and spend Carston's special day with us.
They were a hit with the Big Truck they got Carston for his Birthday. He was so excited to get it out of the box and ride on it. Thank-you for such a fun present.
Now that he has had the truck a week or two, his new obsession is lifting it up. It is hilarious he grunts as he lifts it onto the chair or coach. He is a cute little monkey and we are glad he is 2 and are glad he got to celebrate his Birthday with both of his grandparents.

Buzz Birthday!!!

Carston has a new best friend. Buzz Lightyear. I was way excited for his B-day, because i got him a big Buzz doll and couldn't wait for him to open it. We had a week of B-day celebrating. We started last Sunday with a little party at Lulu's and Pompa's. It was fun and all his cousins came to join the fun. I made the mistake of giving him his Buzz first, and he was so excited he didn't want to open the rest of his presents.
We couldn't get Buzz out of the box fast enough.

The Kids Table

One of my favorite childhood memories is dinner at Grandma's. The thing that made it so fun was the kid table. We all had different names and we had a great time being together and just being silly. Well the tradition continues. The kids table is little crazy, and i don't think a lot of eating goes on, but the kids have fun sitting by each other, sharing food, and just being silly. It is so much fun to see how cute these cousins are, and how much they love each other.

Quite the character...

Giddy up... Carston is totally into wearing his Cowboy hat lately. This is first thing in the morning sporting his P.J's and his hat. He is into the stage that he loves to dress up. Hats, glasses, dress-ups, water wings, and even hair flowers (as seen below). He has the cutest little personality, and has his mom laughing most of the time. He also loves Buzz, he has a picture of him and Buzz we took last year at Disney, and he has to sleep with it, and if he doesn't have it he will call for Buzz until i get it.














Isn't he cute. I shouldn't post these..but i had too. Good thing he is such a boy ! He loves to wear his flower though, we just have to make sure he dosen't leave the house wearing it.

4th of July

We had such a fun, crazy 4th. Mike had to work, so Carston and I played with his cousins all day. We started early with a 4th of July breakfast and bike parade at Amy's ward. Carston was a crazy man! He loved riding the tricycle, the scooter, the big wheel.. anything with wheels this kid loves. Thank goodness Lulu was there because i was exhausted by 9: o'clock.

After breakfast we headed up to Donut Falls for a fun little hike. Carston was a trooper and hiked most of the way. Honesty he was covered from head to toe in dirt and mud. He loved throwing rocks in the stream and was ready to jump in himself.

After a full day, we headed home for naps. That night we had a yummy BBQ, played yard games, watched Niel Diamond and the Boston's Pop's (my fav part) did fireworks, and then watched the Awesome Thanksgiving Point Fireworks from the comfort of our own backyard.

I love Holiday's and spending the day with Family and making traditions. It is so fun to have Carston and see him experiencing these fun things.
